I’m a photographer based on Faial Island, Azores, working mainly with couples and families in a natural and unforced way. Most of my work happens here on the island, where I know the light, the weather patterns and the locations in a very intuitive way, which helps me adapt each session to the moment rather than forcing anything. I also take private bookings in other Azorean islands, as long as there is time to properly organize the logistics in advance. These requests are always planned with care so the experience stays smooth and realistic. Above everything, I want the experience to feel comfortable for everyone. There’s no need to know how to pose or to think about “doing it right”. Every age is welcome and part of the session in its own way, and my role is simply to guide things so it feels easy. More than anything, I want you to look at the images afterwards and recognize yourselves in them, not a version of you trying to perform.
