Absolutely recommended – sensitive, professional and warm-hearted! We booked Louisa for our German-Turkish wedding and couldn't be happier with our choice. My husband and I don't like being the centre of attention and have no experience in front of the camera – we're rather shy and reserved. Of course, we still wanted beautiful memories of our big day. Louisa made exactly that possible: authentic, loving photos, without us having to pretend to be anyone else. What we especially appreciated: Louisa was incredibly flexible from the very start, always reachable, and completely free of judgement and full of understanding when we almost had to cancel our wedding because of bureaucratic hurdles – something that was especially important to us at an intercultural wedding with a language barrier. My husband speaks only a little German, but Louisa has a wonderful way with people – even without many words. Since we live abroad, a personal meeting beforehand wasn't possible. Even so, everything went smoothly and we immediately felt in good hands with her. On holiday my husband usually has to take what feels like 100 photos of me – and I'm still never quite satisfied. With Louisa's photos, for the first time it was completely different. I could really recognise myself in the pictures – and feel comfortable. As soon as we receive the rest of the photos, I'll be very happy to add to this review. 💛 Update: We have now received our wedding photos from our summer wedding and we are simply over the moon! In my first review I already talked about Louisa as a person and her wonderful way of working on our big day – now I'd like to say a little about the finished photos and the gallery. The online gallery is not only beautifully designed, but also incredibly clear and easy to use. You can download all the photos very easily or send them straight to print. We found the face search especially handy – that way you can instantly find particular guests, the father of the bride, for example. The way it's divided into the different parts of the day, like "Getting Ready", "Ceremony" and so on, also makes the gallery very pleasant to browse. With the photos themselves we are more than satisfied. We never would have thought so many great shots would come of it – in the end there were over 1000 pictures, even though we only had around 30 guests and the celebration was rather relaxed, like a garden party. I personally don't like being the centre of attention at all and until now never liked myself in photos. With Louisa it was different for the first time: I really felt comfortable being photographed – and you can see that in the pictures. That says everything about her! My husband too, who barely speaks German and is normally very reserved, felt at ease in every moment and is really happy with the photos. We also love that Louisa managed to capture a photo of every single guest – and all without lengthy, posed group shots. That's exactly how we had wished for it: authentic, natural and full of real moments. She was also always there to help directly via WhatsApp whenever we had questions. That's not a given either! We are simply happy all round and would book Louisa again any time. ❤️

When we were looking for a wedding photographer, what mattered most to us was that the pictures would capture the warmth and the love of the day. When I discovered Louisa, I felt that straight away in her images. We then got to know Louisa as a very warm-hearted and open person. On our special day we barely noticed her, and yet it's simply incredible how many beautiful and special moments she captured. Some of them we didn't even notice ourselves. We have such a huge number of pictures that we now get to look at again and again. And we couldn't be happier about it. I would be overjoyed if we could see you again in the future, dear Louisa, for special moments. With your pictures you gave us the most beautiful gift. What a talent, wow wow wow!!! Louisa was with us for 5 hours on our wedding day and we couldn't have imagined a better photographer. She is incredibly likeable, attentive and sensitive. Even though we generally don't like being in front of the camera, with her relaxed and funny manner she created a wonderful atmosphere in which we felt incredibly comfortable! She far exceeded all our expectations and I can recommend her to anyone! The photos really turned out amazing!!!

When we saw Louisa at the wedding fair, she drew us in straight away. Among all the photographers and photo agencies trying to "talk us into" something, she simply stood there and smiled so warmly that we just had to stop at her stand. She was the very first service provider we decided on at all. After a conversation with her it was clear: this is the person we want to have at our wedding. The fact that it was then still almost 2 years until then was a strange feeling, because we were just so happy to have found her. On the wedding day it was as if she were invisible. I don't know how she managed it, but you really barely noticed she was even there. (Almost a little bit of a shame, since she is such a lovely person – but otherwise she probably never could have captured pictures like these.) She took wonderfully natural shots of us and the guests. Anyone looking for exactly that is in the right place with her. She captures moments instead of creating posed ones. On the day itself she had difficult conditions, because it was raining and we had to move the ceremony into a rather dark barn – and yet she amazed us with her pictures. She really took a great many photos, and so we had the chance, for hours, to dive right back into that wonderful day during the first viewing of all the images. Anyone looking for a photographer for their wedding who values natural and authentic pictures is in the right place with Louisa. In mid-May she accompanied our civil wedding and the celebration that followed, taking so many beautiful pictures that it was hard to make a selection for our wedding album. I personally usually find it rather uncomfortable when lots of photos are taken of me, but Louisa managed to accompany the day discreetly and to take shots that we feel very comfortable with. A small spontaneous wedding shoot right near the venue was also very pleasant with Louisa. She tunes in to her couples and, with a lot of patience and visible joy, meets them right where they are. Completely without stress, pressure, or the demand (which some other photographers have) to carry out an idea they consider "perfect" and thereby produce the same old clichéd pictures. All the scheduling went smoothly, professionally and in a relaxed way. A clear recommendation! Thank you so much, dear Louisa, for the wonderful day and the beautiful memories!
