Do I need to be a professional photographer?
Yes. We hand-vet every photographer. You should have a strong portfolio, professional equipment, and experience shooting paid sessions. Hobbyists are not accepted.
Do I need to live in Portugal?
You must be based in Portugal or legally able to work here. Most of our photographers live in or near the cities they serve (Lisbon, Porto, Algarve, etc.).
How much do you take from each booking?
We charge a 15% platform fee on each booking (reduced to 10% for Premium plan). You keep the rest. No upfront costs and no subscription required to get started.
How and when do I get paid?
Clients pay through Stripe when they book. Funds are released to you 24 hours after the client accepts the delivered photos. Payouts go directly to your bank account.
How do I get clients?
Two ways: (1) Clients browse our catalog and book you directly, and (2) Our concierge team hand-picks photographers for client requests — you just confirm the booking.
How long does approval take?
Usually 1–3 business days. We review your portfolio, check your identity, and make sure your profile meets our quality standards.
